“We are asking the local community for any information that may help in finding the perpetrator or perpetrators,” says an appeal on the Wisbech store’s Facebook page.

“We are offering a reward of £1,000 that leads to the prosecution of the said person / persons.

“We are extremely grateful to the local businesses that have given their help and support.”

Chloe’s Jewellers is part of a small group owned and run by Mr Page who was born into a family connected with the jewellery business.

He opened his first shop in St Ives in 2004, naming it after his daughter Chloe.

A Wisbech store opened in 2018 and two years later he opened another branch, this time in Saffron Walden, to be followed by stores in Royston and Thetford.

Chloe’s Wisbech branch relocated to its present premises in 2023 “and my main aim for the future is to set up manufacturing at the Wisbech shop, where customers can see exactly how their jewellery is made” says Mark Page

“From designing it themselves with our guidance to watching the pieces printed into 3D wax, then finally into metal. I’m eager to provide a service that you can’t get at any other jeweller.”
