According to a source who spoke to CambsNews, the councillor is the subject of “multiple complaints by other councillors and the public” concerning their recent actions. While the nature of the alleged misconduct has not yet been disclosed, the volume of complaints had triggered an investigation under the council’s standards procedure.
A spokesperson for PCC said: “A Hearing Panel, which is a sub-committee of our Constitution and Ethics Committee, is being arranged. Further details will be published in due course. We are unable to comment any further at this stage.”
